These Terms govern access to and use of AppSpark ("Service"), provided by Georg Weiser, Rheinfelsstraße 22, 55469 Simmern, Germany ("Provider").
By registering for an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
AppSpark enables B2B users to identify relevant Reddit posts (via the Reddit API) and generate AI-based comment drafts (via OpenAI API).
Comments are not sent automatically; users must manually approve and submit them via their connected Reddit account.
Users must create an account to use the Service.
Account data (email, username, password) is stored securely in Supabase (Frankfurt).
Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential.
7-Day Free Trial available.
Paid plans: Starter (€9/month), Pro (€19/month), Enterprise (€49/month).
Payments are processed via Digistore24.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via Digistore24.
No minimum term; cancellation possible at any time.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Digistore24 according to its refund policy.
The Service must be used for lawful B2B purposes only.
Users may not:
All rights, title, and interest in the AppSpark software, content, design, and trademarks remain with the Provider.
Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as intended.
Users remain responsible for all content posted via their connected Reddit account.
AppSpark does not automatically post or engage on Reddit without manual user confirmation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
No guarantee is made regarding accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Provider is only liable for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded.
The Provider may suspend or terminate access in case of Terms violations.
Upon account deletion or termination, all user data is permanently erased.
Subscription cancellation must be handled via Digistore24.
These Terms are governed by German law.
The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is Simmern, Germany.
The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the website or email.
